{"id":311858,"date":"2026-06-18T15:24:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T15:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/311858\/"},"modified":"2026-06-18T15:24:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T15:24:09","slug":"florida-state-set-to-host-2027-acc-outdoor-championships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/311858\/","title":{"rendered":"Florida State Set to Host 2027 ACC Outdoor Championships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TALLAHASSEE\u2013 The Florida State track and field teams will open the 2027 outdoor postseason by hosting the ACC Outdoor Championships at the Mike Long Track from May 13-15.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hosting ACCs is a great opportunity to showcase Tallahassee and Florida State.&#8221; said head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/seminoles.com\/sports\/womens-track-and-field\/roster\/coaches\/matt-kane\/896\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"896\" target=\"_blank\">Matt Kane<\/a>. &#8220;The Tallahassee community gets a chance to see some of the top athletes from around the country and a great opportunity to support the track team. The team is excited to compete for a title at home and its definitely earmarked as a pivotal point for the direction of our program.&#8221;<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nThe Seminoles will welcome all 18 participating ACC programs to Tallahassee for two full days of championship competition.
