ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 Crews from the St. Lucie County Fire District and the U.S. Coast Guard successfully executed a life-saving offshore rescue of a seriously ill passenger from a cruise ship, just seven miles off the coast.<\/p>\n
The St. Lucie County Fire District (SLCFD) said that on Friday, crews from Station 2 collaborated with the U.S. Coast Guard to carry out the critical offshore rescue.<\/p>\n
