The new restaurant will take over the oceanfront space occupied by Stephen Starr\u2019s El Vez, marking Motek\u2019s first location in Fort Lauderdale and Broward County and the brand\u2019s 10th restaurant in South Florida<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is being developed by Happy Corner Hospitality in partnership with Marriott and Blackstone.
