Just a few weeks after he committed to Florida State, Port Charlotte quarterback Logan Flaherty<\/a> has become a regular visitor to the Seminoles\u2019 campus.<\/p>\n

He was at FSU last week for Mike Norvell\u2019s<\/a> Elite Camp, he returned this weekend for his own official visit, and he plans to return in the coming weeks to help Florida State recruit other top targets.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery recruit that they\u2019re trying to get, I\u2019m texting and I\u2019m getting on them,\u201d Flaherty said.<\/p>\n

Flaherty, who committed to FSU after a battle with Rutgers and others, said two recruits have been high on his radar since he gave his pledge to the Seminoles: Georgia wide receiver Sean Green<\/a> and Louisiana running back Jayden Miles.<\/a><\/p>\n

Miles took his official visit to Florida State last week, and Green is in Tallahassee this weekend with Flaherty and several other recruits.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a few tight ends that I\u2019ve been contacting with, but those are like the two big guys right here that I\u2019m constantly texting on Instagram like, \u2018Hey let\u2019s get this thing done. Make sure we\u2019re locked in and ready to go.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Since his official visit, Miles has started trending to Florida State, with an RPM pick being placed this week by Rivals\u2019 Sam Spiegelman.<\/a> The Seminoles still have to survive his official visit to Ohio State this weekend, but they appear to be on strong footing.<\/p>\n

Green is deciding between Georgia and FSU, and the Seminoles are hoping his weekend in Tallahassee \u2014 with Flaherty also on campus \u2014 will put them over the top. <\/p>\n

Becoming a key factor in Florida State\u2019s recruiting efforts was exactly what the quarterback hoped would happen when he committed in May.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited \u2026 Florida State\u2019s my dream school, and you know there\u2019s been a lot of outside noise recently about Florida State, and I\u2019m ready to kind of shut that down,\u201d Flaherty said. \u201cCoach Norvell, they\u2019re going to handle business on the field this year, and me personally, I want to [help] on the recruiting side of things and build a class around me and get things back to where Florida State football needs to be.\u201d<\/p>\n
