37-year-old missing woman<\/a>along the St. Lucie River, after finding her belongings on an embankment.<\/p>\n\u201cWe could see drones through the windows,\u201d said Yancy.<\/p>\n
Yancy and his wife were following the news of the search and then heard a knock on their door.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey said, \u2018Port St. Lucie Police, do you have a boat in the water?\u2019 And I said, \u2018Yeah, let\u2019s go,\u2019\u201d said Yancy.<\/p>\n
Yancy said he didn\u2019t know what to expect on the search.<\/p>\n
\u201cI didn\u2019t think it was going to be good at all, \u201c he said. \u201cBecause she had been missing for so long, and there\u2019s big gators in this river and lots of them.\u201d<\/p>\n
But they did find her, in the marsh.<\/p>\n
Yancy said it was just 1,500 feet from his dock.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe was beat up and tired,\u201d said Yancy. \u201c Looked like she had been out for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n
Yancy said finding her was a relief.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were all really happy to see she was OK for the most part,\u201d said Yancy.<\/p>\n
