NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX) – An arrest warrant issued late Tuesday names the suspect wanted in the shooting death of an 18-year-old woman in North College Hill.<\/p>\n

Ricky Lee Orlando is accused of gunning down Breal Wade and her 18-year-old friend i<\/a>nside a vehicle outside her house in the 2000 block of Carpenter Drive early Monday, newly filed court records show.<\/p>\n

Lee, 43, who also lives in the 2000 block of Carpenter Drive, according to an affidavit, is wanted on seven charges:<\/p>\n

Murder (two counts)Felonious assault (two counts)Aggravated menacingUsing weapons while intoxicatedTampering with evidence\"RickyRicky Orlando Lee(North College Hill Police Department)\"CommunityCommunity advocates and city leaders are calling for change after 18-year-old Breal Wade was killed in a shooting outside her home(WXIX)Lee fired 29 rounds from AR-15: Court docs<\/p>\n

The investigation determined Lee \u201cused an AR-15-style rifle to fire approximately 29 rounds\u201d into a vehicle while Wade and an 18-year-old man were inside, North College Hill police wrote in an affidavit filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court.<\/p>\n

Wade was shot in her left wrist and abdomen; her friend was shot in his right shoulder and right earlobe, according to the sworn statement.<\/p>\n

Police warned late Tuesday that Lee is armed and dangerous: \u201cMembers of the public are advised not to approach him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lee is known to frequent the North College Hill area as well as College Hill and Northside.<\/p>\n

In the days leading up to the shooting, Lee \u201cthreatened an 11-year-old\u201d boy with a handgun, \u201ccausing the victim to fear imminent physical harm,\u201d police allege in the affidavit.<\/p>\n
