The new Universal Kids Resort<\/a> opens on July 1st, but we were lucky enough to visit it beforehand.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Shrekzel<\/p>\n

We conquered all seven lands<\/a> \u2014 including rides and snacks \u2014 and we\u2019re happy to report that some of our favorite eats from Universal Orlando Resort<\/a> can now be found in the Lone Star State! So, which snacks can you find at both Universal Orlando AND Universal Kids Resort? We\u2019re glad you asked!<\/p>\n

There are four snacks found at Universal Orlando that you can now get at Universal Kids Resort in Texas, and a few of them happen to be some of our favorites!<\/p>\n

Shrekzel<\/p>\n

The infamous Shrekzel<\/a> is now available at both parks! This is a classic pretzel \u2014 in the shape of Shrek \u2014 and at Universal Orlando, it\u2019s served with green cheese. It\u2019s cold, green \u201cplastic cheese,\u201d and it tastes just about how you would expect. We were not fans. You can find it in DreamWorks Land!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Shrekzel<\/p>\n

Luckily, the Shrezel that\u2019s available at Universal Kids Resort is served with regular plastic cheese, and you can find it inside Shrek\u2019s Swamp<\/a> at Swamp Snacks!<\/p>\n

Mac & Cheese Cones<\/p>\n

At Universal Kids Resort, you can find a Mac & Cheese Cone at Bello Bay Bites inside the Minions vs. Minions: Bello Bay Club land.<\/a> This cone is a lot of fun, but we still think it needs more flavor. The cone itself is great with a buttery garlic flavor, and the mac and cheese is fine.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Bello Bay Mac & Cheese Cone<\/p>\n

Epic Universe still wins when it comes to Mac & Cheese Cones, though. At Hooligan\u2019s Grog & Gruel in the Isle of Berk<\/a>, you can find multiple different Mac & Cheese Cones<\/a>, and these are WAY better \u2014 with some unique flavors going on.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Delicious<\/p>\n

One of our favorites is the Goldfish Mac & Cheese Cone. The mac and cheese was a creamy white cheddar blend, and they were pleased to find that each bite was evenly coated, but not drowning in cheese sauce. It was just enough to satisfy your snack attack without leaving you with an overly heavy feeling. The fun part of this one is that there are Goldfish crackers sprinkled on top AND hidden at the bottom!<\/p>\n

DOLE Whip<\/p>\n

It\u2019s true \u2014 DOLE Whip isn\u2019t just found at Disney parks! You can find classic DOLE Whip at Schwab\u2019s Pharmacy and at Wimpy\u2019s at Universal Orlando. This is your standard Pineapple DOLE Whip with the flavor you know and love.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>DOLE Whip<\/p>\n

At Universal Kids Resort\u2019s SpongeBob SquarePants Bikini Bottom,<\/a> you can head to Goofy Goober\u2019s to get the Triple Gooberberry Sunrise. This is made with vanilla and chocolate ice cream, strawberry DOLE Whip, and chocolate fudge with crushed smore\u2019s cookies crumble and strawberry Pop-Tarts pieces, whipped topping, banana, and a cherry on top.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Triple Gooberberry Sunrise\u2026but not, really<\/p>\n

This snack also comes in a souvenir cup that looks just like the Triple Gooberberry Sunrise from SpongeBob! My 8-year-old self would be obsessed (and to be honest, my 32-year-old self might be, too!).<\/p>\n

Trolls Cones<\/p>\n

In Universal Orlando\u2019s DreamWorks Land, Trolls Treats is where you can find vibrant swirls of ice cream shaped like your favorite Trolls\u2019 twisty hairstyles. And you can also find similar cones at BroZone Cones at Universal Kids Resort in TrollsFest land!<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Poppy Cone<\/p>\n
