Pinsa dough is made from wheat, rice, soy flour, sourdough starter and extra virgin olive oil and undergoes a 72-hour fermentation process, making it lighter, crispier and easier to digest than traditional pizza \u2026 Not too far away, weed-themed chain\u00a0Stoner\u2019s Pizza Joint\u00a0is curing the munchies<\/a> at 4781 S. Orange Ave. in the old Buttercrust Pizza space \u2026 More pizza news:\u00a0Giovanni\u2019s Pizzeria & Kitchen\u00a0will open inside the new Park Maitland Square retail center currently under development in the old Buca di Beppo site. Giovanni\u2019s has five area locations.<\/p>\n
