(WFLA) \u2014 The Florida Holocaust Museum will offer free admission this weekend as Kanye West brings his shows to Tampa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The rapper is performing two shows at Raymond James Stadium, on Friday, June 26, and Sunday, June 28.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">His performance drew backlash from some elected officials, including<a data-ylk=\"slk:Senators Rick Scott and Ashley Moody;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;outcm:mb_qualified_link;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/politics\/articles\/sen-rick-scott-demands-tampa-133535876.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Senators Rick Scott and Ashley Moody<\/a>, who demanded Tampa Sports Authority cancel the shows.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">TSA declined to do so, citing &#8220;free speech rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution.&#8221; They also disputed Scott&#8217;s claim that any taxpayer money would be used to stage the concerts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">West&#8217;s two shows are still set to go on as planned, but the Florida Holocaust Museum highlighted his history of antisemitic comments and encouraged potential concert-goers to reject his presence in Tampa Bay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The museum will offer free admission on June 26, 27, and 28 to offer residents and visitors a chance to learn more about the history of antisemitism.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
