STEWART SEMINOLE COUNTY FIRE RESCUE CONFIRMS IT WAS A KITCHEN FIRE. I\u2019VE BEEN SPEAKING WITH SOME RESIDENTS WHO DESCRIBE SOME VERY SCARY AND TENSE MOMENTS AS SMOKE STARTED BILLOWING IN THROUGH THE VENTS IN THEIR APARTMENT. I\u2019LL STEP OUT OF THE WAY NOW AND GIVE YOU A LIVE LOOK AT THIS VERY ACTIVE SCENE. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE BEEN WATCHING AS FIRE CREWS HAVE STARTED TO WRAP UP THEIR OPERATIONS, WE\u2019RE AT THE GOLD ELM AT REGENCY OAKS APARTMENTS. THIS IS OFF 436 AND THE FERN PARK CASSELBERRY AREA. AGAIN, UNITS HAVE STARTED WRAPPING UP. THEY\u2019VE BEEN HERE FOR AROUND AN HOUR. THEY GOT THIS FIRE UNDER CONTROL. FROM WHAT WE\u2019VE SEEN VERY, VERY QUICKLY, SEMINOLE COUNTY FIRE RESCUE CONFIRMING TO US THIS AFTERNOON UNITS HAVE BEEN ON SCENE HERE WITH AN ACTIVE FIRE IN AN APARTMENT UNIT AS A RESULT OF A KITCHEN FIRE. HOWEVER, THEY SAY AT THIS MOMENT THERE ARE NO REPORTED VICTIMS OR INJURIES AT THIS TIME, ALTHOUGH I DID SPEAK WITH SOME RESIDENTS WHO AGAIN DESCRIBED TO ME SOME VERY SCARY MOMENTS, THOSE RESIDENTS DID HAVE TO BE EVACUATED ALONG WITH OTHER RESIDENTS.
