The building itself is valued at $13 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">District 5 School Board Member Reginald Blount expressed some concerns about the sale process. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cI have some questions about the closing, the time frame&#8230;we\u2019ll just have to see what happens,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">There is also a potential issue with the closing timeline for the Prominence Parkway property. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">If the closing extends beyond six months, the district would owe Dream Finders $100,000 per month. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">When asked about Fleet Landing\u2019s decision to back out, CEO Josh Ashby said in a statement, \u201cAfter the School Board declined our proposal, we were approached by several parties who shared our enthusiasm for the concept we presented.
