Here\u2019s a look around at what\u2019s happening at Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, from June 29, 2026, to July 5, 2026.<\/p>\n
Universal Orlando invites guests to celebrate the 4th of July<\/a> with special entertainment at Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida, and Universal CityWalk \u2013 including live DJs and bands, stilt walkers, and more. The festivities will kick off in the evening and include a special fireworks & pyrotechnic display in honor of Independence Day.<\/p>\n Universal Orlando is featuring limited-time summer experiences inspired by blockbuster films, running now through August 10, 2026. The seasonal offerings will bring a range of character encounters, themed photo opportunities, interactive activations, exclusive merchandise, and new food and beverage options, highlighted by the Spielberg Summer Blockbusters Exhibit, experiences inspired by Jaws and Illumination\u2019s Minions & Monsters, and the return of the Universal Mega Movie Parade.<\/p>\n Volcano Bay Nights continues and will be on Friday, July 3, 2026. The event takes place on select nights through August 21 and invites guests to enjoy the water park after dark with special entertainment, exclusive food and drinks, and access to many of Volcano Bay\u2019s most popular attractions.<\/p>\n Universal Orlando will celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2026<\/a> with a summer-long fan experience at Universal CityWalk, featuring Telemundo watch parties, specialty food and beverage offerings, interactive activations, and exclusive merchandise from June 11 through July 19.<\/p>\n Refurbishments<\/p>\n Please keep in mind that refurbishment dates can change.<\/p>\n Jurassic Park River Adventure\u00a0at Islands of Adventure is closed for a major refurbishment. It is scheduled to reopen on November 20, 2026.<\/p>\n Horror Make-Up Show\u00a0at Universal Studios Florida will close May 12, 2026, for a \u201creimagining\u201d. It is scheduled to reopen in Winter 2026.<\/p>\n Po\u2019s Kung Fu Training Camp and Po Live! in DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios Florida is closed for refurbishment starting today, May 18, 2026. It is scheduled to reopen on July 4, 2026.<\/p>\n Finnegan\u2019s Bar & Grill\u00a0at Universal Studios Florida is closed for a major refurbishment. It is scheduled to reopen in Winter 2026.<\/p>\n Pteranadon Flyers at Islands of Adventure is closed for refurbishment. It is scheduled to reopen on July 2, 2026.<\/p>\n Le Cirque Arcanus at Epic Universe is closed for refurbishment. It is scheduled to reopen on July 1, 2026.<\/p>\n Universal Studios Hollywood will celebrate America\u2019s 250th anniversary<\/a> in 2026 with an all-new Independence Day fireworks display, live performances, themed d\u00e9cor, and more.<\/p>\n Mega Movie Summer returns daily from June 13 through August 9, 2026, bringing limited-time entertainment, themed food, merchandise, and immersive experiences inspired by some of the studio\u2019s biggest film franchises.
