(WFLA) \u2014 A man was arrested after deputies said he attacked and robbed an Uber Eats delivery driver in Town\u2019n\u2019Country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the investigation into the robbery began Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Deputies said the victim was completing a delivery on Sheldon Road and stopped to check directions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The suspect then allegedly shoved the victim off his electric bicycle, punched him multiple times, and stole the bicycle before leaving the scene in a U-Haul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Deputies identified the suspect as Daniel Eckstein, 30, and arrested him Friday at 12:48 a.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
