A\u00a0Florida\u00a0tattoo shop that went viral after refusing service to active-duty military members and veterans<\/a> is now offering customers a 20% discount if they can prove they are not in the military or law enforcement, further inflaming critics who accuse the business of discriminating against those who serve.<\/p>\n

A Sunday\u00a0post on Facebook<\/a>\u00a0from Revival Tattoo Collective in Largo, Florida, read, \u201cI see a lot of shops supporting the military and law enforcement offering deals locally. I\u2019ve got one as well, 20% discount on any tattoo if you can prove you\u2019re not law enforcement or military.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd don\u2019t get all in the comments \u2018he really needs the work\u2019 blah blah blah,\u201d the post continued. \u201cThis is just giving back to people who aren\u2019t hateful like yourselves, and can see things for what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n

The shop, founded by Brady Martinson, previously sparked outrage because of a\u00a0June 23 post<\/a>\u00a0which said that active-duty military members and veterans would be turned away for service.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce again, for the slow ones,\u00a0the military,\u201d the June 23 Facebook post read. \u201cPretty simple, if you are ex-military or currently serving, just don\u2019t come to the shop. You will be turned away.\u201d<\/p>\n

Most of the comments on the Sunday post were negative.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo the guy that spreads hateful propaganda against military and law enforcement is trying to put on blast and shun those who disagree with him,\u201d one person wrote.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can\u2019t start s\u2013t and then play victim,\u201d the user continued. \u201cI\u2019m so confused by the amount of hatred and hypocrisy. Anyways \u2026 since we are out here clout chasing because you run a sham business and all your artists left \u2026 I am a veteran and I own a local handyman business. If anyone needs work done in the Tampa area. I\u2019m offering 20% off for my brothers and sisters in any public or federal service uniform.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another wrote, \u201cYou need to just close up and walk away. You got your freedom from those people you don\u2019t like. Make it make sense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Others responded with humor.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo I get an extra 20% off if I can prove I\u2019m an illegal?\u201d one person wrote.<\/p>\n

Another quipped, \u201c20% off if you served time with this guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fox News Digital reached out to Revival Tattoo Collective in Largo, Florida, for comment but did not immediately receive a response.<\/p>\n

Note: A Hendersonville, North Carolina, tattoo shop, also called Revival, said it was getting spammed with bad Yelp reviews from people who appeared to erroneously think it was connected to the same-named shop in Florida.
