They say pictures of Padilla Marrero\u2019s nude deceased body were found on his phone.But his defense attorney asked the jury to keep an open mind and think critically about the evidence.\u201cMrs. Padilla Marrero is dead, there\u2019s nothing that can be done about it. That\u2019s regrettable,\u201d said defense attorney Stephen Krejci. “But Mr. Rosado-Martinez is not guilty of premeditated murder.
