SO THIS IS VIDEO FROM TAMPA SHOWING POLICE RESCUING TWO ADULTS AFTER THEIR SMALL BOAT HERE TURNED OVER. THANKFULLY, EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS OKAY, BUT POLICE SAY IT\u2019S JUST AN EXAMPLE OF WHY EVERY BOAT SHOULD HAVE LIFE JACKETS AND AN EMERGENCY PLA\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tTampa police rescued two adults after their boat overturned, highlighting the importance of safety precautions on the water.
