Officers roped off the area just before 6 p.m. at the preschool located on Northwest 4th Street and 70th Terrace in Plantation. \u201cIt\u2019s a devastating situation for the family, I guess for the parents who have their kids come to this school\u2014if when they came and saw all of this, the officers, that would be really like concerning,\u201d said Viviana Alarcon, who works nearby.
