(WCTV) &#8211; A man is now indicted with first-degree murder and another charge for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/04\/05\/tpd-man-shot-killed-overnight-sunday-apalachee-parkway-during-large-physical-altercation\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/04\/05\/tpd-man-shot-killed-overnight-sunday-apalachee-parkway-during-large-physical-altercation\/\">fatal Tallahassee sports bar shooting<\/a> in April earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lavarion Williams, 23, was indicted with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Williams was arrested about 3 weeks after the shooting occurred. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"An arrest has been made in connection with a deadly Tallahassee sports bar shooting that...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/CYFKUEVXTVE5VCDDUMDLHHYCUU.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>An arrest has been made in connection with a deadly Tallahassee sports bar shooting that occurred earlier this month, according to a probable cause affidavit.(CJIS)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tallahassee Police said the shooting happened inside Zingales Billiards &amp; Sports Bar early Sunday morning on April 5, \u201cduring a large physical altercation.\u201d Williams is accused of shooting and killing 32-year-old Tevin Gaines of Bainbridge, Georgia, that morning. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">When officers arrived at the scene, Gaines was found lying outside the business with multiple gunshot wounds, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/04\/25\/court-records-man-charged-with-murder-connection-with-fatal-tallahassee-sports-bar-shooting\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/04\/25\/court-records-man-charged-with-murder-connection-with-fatal-tallahassee-sports-bar-shooting\/\">per previous reporting<\/a>. He later died at a local hospital. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Court records indicate that Williams was identified through videos of the incident.
