Here\u2019s what <a href=\"https:\/\/insidethemagic.net\/2026\/06\/guests-blocked-from-walking-to-ttc-and-magic-kingdom-from-disneys-polynesian-village-resort-jc1\/\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">Central Florida theme park guests<\/a> need to know.<\/p>\n<p>Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Announces Closure on June 30<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-829605\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/busch-gardens-tampa-bay-flickr-jeremy-thompson2.jpg\" alt=\"A roller coaster at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\"  \/>Credit: Jeremy Thompson, Flickr<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the official Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Instagram account (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/buschgardens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">@buschgardens<\/a>) posted a story confirming that it would close at 8:00 p.m., two hours earlier than its <a href=\"https:\/\/buschgardens.com\/tampa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">typical weekday<\/a> closing time of 10:00 p.m. The statement read:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to inclement weather, Busch Gardens will be closing tonight at 8:00 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We hope to see you soon!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-834960 perfmatters-lazy\" alt=\"Busch Gardens Tampa Bay posts a notice that it is closing early on Tuesday June 29 due to inclement weather.\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/busch-gardens-temporary-closure-instagram-.jpg\"  data-\/>Credit: Story Screenshot, Instagram, @buschgardens<\/p>\n<p>United Parks &amp; Resorts also updated the wildlife-themed vacation destination\u2019s official operational calendar on its website to reflect the 8:00 p.m. closure on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Tampa area is expected to experience severe heat and thunderstorms on Tuesday evening, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuweather.com\/en\/us\/tampa-gardens\/33610\/weather-forecast\/2130239\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">meteorologists<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-789286 perfmatters-lazy\" alt=\"Stanley Falls at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/stanley-falls-busch-gardens.jpg\"  data-\/>Credit: Busch Gardens Tampa Bay<\/p>\n<p>As of right now, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is expected to reopen as scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, and remain open until 10:00 p.m. The <a href=\"https:\/\/insidethemagic.net\/2026\/06\/at-least-two-deaths-reported-at-disney-world-last-month-jc1\/\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">park<\/a> is currently hosting its seasonal Summer Nights event and will offer the Wild Skies Drone &amp; Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Starting July 6, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WO6st8W3y_o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Busch Gardens Tampa Bay<\/a> will reduce its operating hours to 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday.
