an arrest report obtained by People<\/a>, Zenk crashed into another vehicle while backing out of a handicap parking spot near a Tommy Bahama store and attempted to flee the scene, but was quickly stopped by police.<\/p>\nA witness claimed the \u201cAs the World Turns\u201d star was stumbling as she exited her vehicle. <\/p>\n
A responding sergeant who aided in the arrest alleged that Zenk\u2019s breath smelt like alcohol.<\/p>\n

Zenk, per the arrest report, told officers she consumed \u201ctwo wine cups\u201d at a place called Bar Tulia before the crash.<\/p>\n
She failed her field sobriety exercises after \u201cshowing multiple signs of impairment, including balance issues, swaying and difficulty following instructions,\u201d and was placed under arrest.<\/p>\n
The \u201cYoung and the Restless\u201d alum also provided two breath samples that measured 0.206 BAC and 0.192 BAC \u2014 both over the legal limit of 0.08.<\/p>\n
Zenk had a court date on June 10 that she skipped after filing a Waiver of Appearance at Non-Mandatory Court Appearances. Her new court date is scheduled for July 29.<\/p>\n

Zenk\u2019s rep told People in a statement, \u201cThe charges are being defended. Ms. Zenk has not been convicted of anything. The truth will be played out in court.\u201d<\/p>\n
Page Six has reached out to Zenk\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n
This is Zenk\u2019s third DUI-related arrest.<\/p>\n
She was charged with a DUI in Naples\u2019 Collier County in May 2017 and posted bond. The records, obtained by Page Six, listed the incident as Zenk\u2019s first offense.<\/p>\n
In 2010, she was arrested for driving erratically and was hit with DUI-related charges and an improper lane usage charge.<\/p>\n
