{"id":327472,"date":"2026-07-02T17:18:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T17:18:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/327472\/"},"modified":"2026-07-02T17:18:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T17:18:07","slug":"realtor-com-median-list-price-in-miami-dips-in-june-as-sellers-recalibrate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/327472\/","title":{"rendered":"Realtor.com: Median list price in Miami dips in June\u00a0as sellers recalibrate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The median\u00a0list\u00a0price for a\u00a0Miami-area home\u00a0slid\u00a02.2% year\u00a0over year in\u00a0June to $499,000 as active listings\u00a0plunged\u00a016% and new listings decreased\u00a00.4%, Realtor.com said in its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/research\/June-2026-data\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Monthly Housing Trends Report<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nationally, the median list price\u00a0slid 2.5% to\u00a0$430,000 in\u00a0June,\u00a0representing\u00a0the\u00a0eighth-straight month of <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2026\/06\/03\/realtor-com-monthly-housing-trends-report-may-2026\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">year-over-year decreases<\/a> and the largest annual drop since 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u00a0active listings were up 1.9%\u00a0and\u00a0new listings\u00a0were\u00a0up 2.4%.
