{"id":327570,"date":"2026-07-02T18:53:31","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T18:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/327570\/"},"modified":"2026-07-02T18:53:31","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T18:53:31","slug":"1-billion-tampa-development-grows-tenant-roster","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/327570\/","title":{"rendered":"$1 billion Tampa development grows tenant roster"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"h968548-p1\" class=\"permalinkable\">Midtown Tampa, the $1 billion mixed used development on the city\u2019s main commercial thoroughfare, is adding three new tenants to its already crowded roster.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h968548-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">Midtown is a self-contained 1.8 million-square-foot development that includes office, hotel, retail and multifamily.
