(WCTV) &#8211; There are dozens of dogs available for adoption at the shelter right now who would love to celebrate freedom with you! <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The shelter is closed for Independence Day on Saturday, July 4 but will re-open Sunday for those looking to adopt a Furry Friday pup &#8211; or any other dog! Or cat!<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center team up each week to spotlight four adoptable dogs in hopes of helping them find their fur-ever homes faster!<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Here are the dogs we are featuring this week:<\/p>\n<p>MEET CHAZ!<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Chaz is a charmer! He'll sit patiently for treats and wow you with his cool speckled ears!\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/CJKO7T342FEOVDANM2XBSKQIXQ.JPG\" width=\"980\" height=\"735\" \/>Chaz is a charmer! He&#8217;ll sit patiently for treats and wow you with his cool speckled ears!(WCTV)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Meet Chaz!<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He is one cool cat! <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Chaz trying to beat the heat this week by stretching out in the cool dirt &#8230; enjoying the shade and some sweet scratches<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Chaz was found as a stray and his owner never came to claim him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">This friendly fellow is active and affectionate. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He knows his manners too &#8230; sitting patiently for treats and the chance to wow you with his cool speckled ears. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Please let Chaz charm you!
