A Florida man reported missing while visiting Arizona last month was recently found dead in the Gila River Indian Community.<\/p>\n
Keith Edwards, 67, was reported missing on June 12 in the Town of Gilbert after he left a residence near Cooper and Warner roads on foot and failed to return, according to Gilbert police.<\/p>\n
A Safe Alert was issued following Edwards’ disappearance since law enforcement officials were concerned for Edwards’ health.<\/p>\n
On June 24, a body was found south of Gilbert in the Gila River Indian Community. Police said the body was identified as Edwards.<\/p>\n
No signs of foul play nor suspicious circumstances have been observed in relation to Edwards’ death.<\/p>\n
“Our hearts are with Keith\u2019s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time,” the police department wrote in a statement.<\/p>\n
