Miami Monday will pause for the summer months with one July edition before resuming a normal weekly schedule in early August.<\/p>\n

Morozov 1st Round, Runtso 2nd Round NHL Draft Selections

\n11 RedHawks Set for NHL Development Camps

\nMiami Hockey center Ilia Morozov was selected in the first round of the NHL Draft. Morozov was picked 20th overall by the Buffalo Sabres, becoming the highest NHL draft pick ever from Miami University and its first first-round selection since Jack Roslovic in 2015. Incoming defenseman Timmy Runtso was selected in the second round of the NHL Draft. Runtso was taken 57th overall by the Montreal Canadiens.<\/p>\n

Additionally, 11 Miami University student-athletes will be participating in a pro team’s camp.

Harrison Earns All-American Honors

\nThree RedHawks Selected East All-Region

\nMiami Baseball’s Tommy Harrison earned All-America recognition from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (Second Team), American Baseball Coaches Association (Third Team) and College Baseball Foundation (Honorable Mention).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Three RedHawks were selected on the ABCA East All-Region list, as Tommy Harrison was named to the First Team, while Markus Dierks and Diego Cruz were selected for the Second Team.

Hockey Releases Full Schedule; Season Tickets on Sale

\nMiami Hockey released its complete schedule for the 2026-27 season. In addition to the 24 previously-announced NCHC games, Miami will play 10 non-conference contests during the regular season. Miami is scheduled to play a total of 34 regular-season games this season, with 15 of those in Steve “Coach” Cady Arena. Season tickets start at $336 for new season ticket holders, with special discounts available for Miami faculty\/staff and for renewing season ticket holders.

TQL Stadium to Host Cincinnati vs. Miami Football Game

\nTQL Stadium will welcome one of college football’s most storied regional rivalries this fall, as the University of Cincinnati takes on Miami University in the Battle for the Victory Bell on Saturday, September 19, with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

Family Weekend Tickets Available Now for Oct. 17 Football Game

\nThe always-popular Friends and Family Ticket Package for the annual Miami Football Family Weekend game is available now for purchase!
