Since then, the neighborhood restaurant has been a mainstay of the communities it serves, hosting countless residents and visitors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRiverfront Plaza is being created as a place where Jacksonville comes together, and great public spaces deserve great local partners,\u201d said Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan. \u201cEuropean Street Cafe has been part of Jacksonville\u2019s story for decades, and we\u2019re excited to welcome them to the riverfront as they help create a vibrant gathering place for residents and visitors alike.
