Skinner Parkway near Deerwood Park Boulevard. Montano has been diagnosed with dementia, and authorities say they want to ensure he is safe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Montano is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair.
