\n\t\t\t\t\t\tA 36-year-old man was arrested Monday for shooting fireworks out of a moving car in Orlando, according to the police department. The suspect, Germelus Amill, was charged with “shooting into or throwing deadly missiles into occupied vehicles,” and “igniting\/exploding fireworks-firecrackers,” according to the arrest affidavit. The driver, Eric Rivera, was traveling along S. Semoran Boulevard when Amill began shooting large fireworks inside a moving Jeep Renegade towards other vehicles, according to Orlando police. At this time, it is unclear who the owner of the vehicle is. The vehicle came to a stop in the parking lot of 4153 S. Semoran Blvd. at Avalon Condominiums, where police detained the Amill, Orlando police said. Amill admitted to shooting the fireworks and that he acted carelessly.
