Witnesses reported observing a male subject walking around the property earlier in the day and returning later in the evening. Responding officers conducted a perimeter check and discovered the suspect inside a closed pool bathroom located within the screened lanai. After issuing verbal commands, the suspect, later identified as Christopher Felix Santos , exited the bathroom and was taken into custody without incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the officer was detaining Santos, officers observed multiple firearms inside the bathroom, including a loaded AR Rifle, two handguns with optics and lights, a set of camo clothing, and blue tennis shoes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property Crime Detectives assumed the investigation and confirmed evidence of forced entry, including fresh pry marks on doors leading into the residence. Surveillance footage provided by a witness showed the suspect earlier in the day walking around the property and checking access points.
