The project has been in the works for years. In 2023, it had a $170 million price tag, but it is now a reported $360 million development. The financing from New York will support continued development of the 70-acre project off Osceola Polk Line Road in the Four Corners area. The resort\u2019s first four phases, which feature 460 units, are already sold out.<\/p>\n
