Our report shared that the 36-story <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2025\/05\/plans-submitted-for-381-foot-tall-sense-22-at-114-ne-22nd-street-in-edgewater-miami.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sense 22<\/a> was to go before the Miami Urban Development Review Board. Not only were those plans approved, but now the developer has secured $111 million in construction financing \u2013 moving the project closer to its anticipated completion date.<\/p>\n<p>Sense 22 apartments will span more than 500,000 square feet of new construction, featuring a total of 328 apartment units. Of the 328 units, 40 percent will be reserved for households earning at or below 140 percent of the area median income (AMI).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-40924\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Screenshot-2026-07-08-at-5.15.15-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"704\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Renderings of Sense 22\u2019s interior. Image from the development\u2019s website<\/p>\n<p>Homes will span one-bedroom and two-bedroom models, and residents will have access to a host of on-site amenities, including a ninth-floor amenity deck outfitted with a fitness center, swimming pool, and co-working space. There will also be a rooftop sky lounge.<\/p>\n<p>As noted, New Sense LLC is the developer. The firm purchased Sense 22\u2019s build site for $4 million in 2023. It once hosted a now-demolished residential building.
