Both incentives are \u201cperformance-based and would depend on the number of jobs the company creates and maintains.\u201d If approved, TMRW Sports \u201cwould relocate to an undisclosed downtown building, bringing 70 existing jobs &#8230; while creating 125 new positions.\u201d The company also \u201cplans to invest more than\u201d $11M in the \u201cbuild-out of its approximately 40,000-square-foot office.\u201d Neither TMRW Sports nor the city \u201chas identified the building under consideration and said additional details will be released in the future.\u201d Orlando is \u201ccompeting with several other markets for the project,\u201d including Stamford, Conn.; Charleston, S.C.; and White Plains, Manhattan and Westchester, N.Y.
