{"id":334398,"date":"2026-07-09T14:33:10","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T14:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/334398\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T14:33:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T14:33:10","slug":"child-airlifted-to-hospital-after-reported-long-fall-in-north-miami-beach-first-responders-say","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/334398\/","title":{"rendered":"Child airlifted to hospital after reported \u2018long fall\u2019 in North Miami Beach, first responders say"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text text--small text--normal text--primary\">Published:\u00a0July 9, 2026 at 10:13 AM<\/p>\n<p class=\"text text--small text--normal text--primary\">Updated:\u00a0July 9, 2026 at 10:20 AM<\/p>\n<p>A child was airlifted to a trauma center after falling from a building Thursday morning in North Miami Beach, first responders confirmed. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla.  \u2014 A child was airlifted to a Broward County trauma center after a reported \u201clong fall\u201d Thursday morning in North Miami Beach, first responders confirmed. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the 2150 block of Northeast 169th Street after receiving reports of a child who had fallen from a building. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">North Miami Beach police said the child was found \u201calert and conscious\u201d before being airlifted to a trauma center. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police also confirmed that the child\u2019s parent was at the scene and no foul play is suspected at this time. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Sky 10 flew over the scene at about 9:45 a.m. as North Miami Beach police investigated.
