The dinner was followed several days later with a ceremonial shovel dig at the construction site at 2600 NW 2nd Ave.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Twenty Sixth &amp; 2nd Wynwood Residences\u00a0will have 233 fully furnished <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantaagentmagazine.com\/2025\/09\/30\/elyse-buckhead\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">condominiums<\/a>, some of which will have dedicated office suites.
