Union St.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/jaxtoday.org\/2023\/07\/11\/opinion-downtown-revival-crafting-a-plan-for-city-owned-properties\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">derelict building<\/a> was abandoned while it was being built in the early 2000s and has been vacant since, offering a downtrodden sight for thousands of motorists taking the nearby Union Street exits on Interstate 95.
