{"id":336085,"date":"2026-07-10T19:31:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T19:31:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/336085\/"},"modified":"2026-07-10T19:31:09","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T19:31:09","slug":"hca-florida-palms-west-hospital-tops-off-expansion-in-loxahatchee-florida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/336085\/","title":{"rendered":"HCA Florida Palms West Hospital Tops Off Expansion In Loxahatchee, Florida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcafloridahealthcare.com\/locations\/palms-west-hospital\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">HCA Florida Palms West Hospital<\/a>, part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcafloridahealthcare.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">HCA Florida Healthcare<\/a> (Davie, Fla.), has reached a construction milestone on a tower expansion project in Loxahatchee, Fla., according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laytonconstruction.com\/palms-west-topping-out\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">news release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The project comprises 42 medical-surgical patient rooms and two classrooms across 72,184 square feet of new space, as well as renovations to the hospital\u2019s main entrance and lobby. The new tower also is designed to accommodate future inpatient and outpatient floors.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the hospital is expanding its emergency department (ED), adding a nurses\u2019 station, 10 exam rooms, and an admissions desk.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.laytonconstruction.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Layton Construction<\/a> (Salt Lake City) is serving as general contractor on both projects.
