On November 12, fitness visionary Tracy Anderson<\/a> opens her first-ever Southeast studio in Coral Gables, marking the next stop in her global movement empire.<\/p>\n

Anderson\u2014whose devoted followers include everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Gwyneth Paltrow\u2014has spent more than two decades redefining what a workout can be. Her namesake method blends dance cardio, strength and functional movement into endlessly evolving routines that target the body from every angle.<\/p>\n

The new 5,500-square-foot Coral Gables flagship is set to be a full-body experience. Outfitted with Anderson\u2019s signature design features (infrared heat panels, custom humidity systems and her patented Iso-Kinetic Band System), the space is engineered to make you move smarter, sweat harder and feel lighter. Even the flooring (her CardioFly Super G Floor) is designed for joint-friendly performance.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike all our spaces, it\u2019s designed as a sanctuary where people can come as they are to deeply improve their health and practice how to truly be with their bodies,\u201d said Anderson in an official statement. \u201cI\u2019ve dreamed of bringing the Method to Miami for years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anderson has partnered with her longtime client Oana Reedy to lead the Coral Gables launch. \u201cTracy has created an entirely new language of wellness,\u201d said Reedy in a statement. \u201cIt\u2019s more than just a workout\u2014it\u2019s a source of strength that elevates everything else.\u201d<\/p>\n

The class lineup includes Anderson\u2019s famous muscular structure and dance cardio sessions, featuring brand-new choreography each week. The constantly-changing routines are a hallmark of her method, designed to challenge both body and brain. Expect to train with the latest Anderson inventions, including the MYMODE (a sustainable apparatus with thousands of movement algorithms), the Growth Rings Collection and HeartStone weighted energy trainers.<\/p>\n

Post-class, you\u2019ll find private showers, locker rooms and a boutique stocked with Anderson\u2019s exclusive activewear, beauty products and fitness gear.<\/p>\n

Memberships come with a highly personalized touch: each new member receives a movement \u201cprescription\u201d curated by Anderson\u2019s veteran team of specialists. These programs evolve as you do, so your fitness never plateaus. A few drop-in spots will be available, but regulars know the real transformation happens through consistency.<\/p>\n
