We are proud to support his candidacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The FOP is the largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers in the world, and the Florida State Lodge ranks as its third-largest state lodge. District 7 represents lodges across 10 Central Florida counties, including Orange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gus Marinoni, the District 7 Director, said constitutional offices demand experienced leaders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Clerk of Court\u2019s Office must be led by someone with proven executive experience and a commitment to serving the public fairly and efficiently,\u201d Marinoni said. \u201cRick Singh has demonstrated those qualities throughout his career, and we are confident he will be an outstanding Clerk of Court for Orange County.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinpointresults.com\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/PinpointAd_728x90.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"79\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-309437\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRick Singh has always been accessible, professional, and committed to strengthening public confidence in government,\u201d Henning said. \u201cThe Clerk of Court is an essential partner in our justice system, and Rick understands the importance of ensuring that the office operates with transparency, efficiency, and integrity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The endorsement adds to backing Singh <a href=\"https:\/\/floridapolitics.com\/archives\/804075-rick-singh-picks-up-endorsement-from-florida-hispanic-chamber-of-commerce\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">picked up last month<\/a> from the Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce\u2019s Political Operations Division.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Singh served two terms as Orange County Property Appraiser before losing his 2020 re-election bid to Amy Mercado in the Democratic Primary. In the open Clerk\u2019s race, he <a href=\"https:\/\/floridapolitics.com\/archives\/801006-maribel-gomez-cordero-and-rick-singh-square-off-for-orange-county-clerk-of-courts\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">faces<\/a> term-limited County Commissioner Maribel Gomez Corderoand Roberta Walton Johnson, General Counsel for the Clerk\u2019s office, in the Aug. 18 Democratic Primary.
