In a release<\/a>, deputies said the joint initiative \u2014 dubbed \u201cOperation Tor\/Pedo\u201d \u2014 targeted those using the internet to \u201ctarget, meet and exploit children.\u201d<\/p>\nInvestigators announced that the head of Volusia Lacrosse \u2014 identified as 38-year-old Robert James \u201cCoach Rosco\u201d Rece of DeLeon Springs \u2014 was one of these arrests.<\/p>\n
Rece was taken into custody on Saturday after he traveled to a gas station in Deltona to meet up with a \u201cchild\u201d he met online, deputies explained.<\/p>\n

Other suspects arrested in the operation were identified as follows:<\/p>\n
Colton James Gregory, 19, of Eustis<\/p>\n
Brandon Pierre Rutledge, 35, of Altamonte Springs<\/p>\n
Logan Banks, 32, of Madison, Tennessee<\/p>\n
Dion Kendal Jackson, 31, of Daytona Beach<\/p>\n
Felix Mendez II, 28, of Port Orange<\/p>\n
Temur Khujabekov, 31, of Orlando (on tourist visa from Uzbekistan)<\/p>\n
All suspects face charges of traveling to meet a minor, using a computer\/Internet service to solicit a minor, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device, the sheriff\u2019s office noted.<\/p>\n
