Gonzales Corp. of Jacksonville sold the property through Acorn Butler Pointe LLC.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h973175-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">Gabriel Elkaim of Fort Lauderdale purchased the property through Butler Pointe Jax LLC, for which he is the registered agent.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h973175-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">The David E. Gonzales Corp. owns the Jax Sports Car Museum and the Deerwood Castle event space at 7601 Centurion Parkway.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h973175-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\">Butler Pointe is near Interstate 95 and Butler Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h973175-p7\" class=\"permalinkable\">Built in 1986, the building is on 8.06 acres and is 169,328 square feet, according to property records.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h973175-p8\" class=\"permalinkable\">Offices are leased by St. Johns Investment Management, Jacksonville Neuro and Clinical Psychology Group, City Cafe of Jacksonville, among others.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h973175-p9\" class=\"permalinkable\">It last sold in December 2015 for $12 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The five-story Butler Pointe office building at 4500 Salisbury Road sold July 9 for $14.7 million.
