Willie Reed Jr., 72, was last seen leaving his home near Moncrief Road Monday. Family told the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office that he suffers from memory loss.<\/p>\n

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance in finding a senior who was reported missing.<\/p>\n

Willie Reed Jr., 72, was reportedly last seen leaving his home on Morehouse Road, near Moncrief Road, Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n

“His family tells us he has memory loss and trouble seeing at night. Due to the circumstances, we want to make sure he is safe,” the agency wrote.<\/p>\n

Reed is described as standing at 5’4″ and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He is bald and normally walks with a cane.<\/p>\n

Police believe he could have been wearing a white shirt and black pants when he left the home.<\/p>\n
