A police affidavit said she was \u201cvery unsteady and choppy\u201d and \u201cstaggered and swayed as she attempted to stand still.\u201d <\/p>\n
She refused field sobriety testing and was arrested.<\/p>\n
Police said her passenger, Christina Alcalde, 45, was also too impaired to drive, so they arranged a rideshare and left the Jeep parked nearby.<\/p>\n
But about two and a half hours later, authorities pulled over the same Jeep again and found Alcalde behind the wheel. <\/p>\n
Jennifer Jimenez, 41, was arrested around 2 a.m. July 5, after deputies saw the white Jeep drift into an oncoming lane and strike a curb, according to reports. Lake County Sheriff’s Office<\/p>\n
