The last day to experience the attraction is August 16. Universal previously announced it would <a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/01\/breaking-fast-furious-coaster-replacing-rip-ride-rockit-supercharged-closing-permanently\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">close in 2027<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The original Supercharged was part of the Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood. For the standalone Florida version, it received two pre-shows and extra video of\u00a0Fast &amp; Furious\u00a0characters. But removed from the context of the tram tour, it was poorly received.<\/p>\n<p>Fast &amp; Furious: Supercharged has survived\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2020\/07\/several-more-universal-orlando-resort-attractions-to-temporarily-close-beginning-august-9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">long-term closures<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2024\/08\/fast-and-furious-supercharged-closed-forever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">rumors of a permanent closure<\/a> over the years.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2025\/02\/fast-furious-supercharged-at-universal-studios-hollywood-closing-in-may-being-replaced-with-fast-furious-hollywood-drift-roller-coaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">Hollywood version of Supercharged closed permanently<\/a>\u00a0last year.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think of this closure at Universal Studios Florida?
