Hyde Park\u2019s Rome Collective is getting another restaurant from a Michelin-starred chef.<\/p>\n

Fresh off today\u2019s opening of Lumbre<\/a>, Nashville-based Fast Fine Restaurant group<\/a> announced it\u2019s bringing V Modern Italian to the Tampa development in September.<\/p>\n

The name uses the fifth Roman numeral, as Fast Fine co-founder Benjamin Calleja said in a statement, \u201cV Modern Italian was created on the belief that exceptional dining should engage all five senses, creating moments that linger long after the last bite.\u201d<\/p>\n

Collaborating on the menu is Chef Stefano Ciotti, who\u2019s maintained a Michelin star at his restaurant, Nostrano<\/a>, in Italy for nearly a decade.<\/p>\n

V Italian\u2019s menu selections, however, are more moderately priced than most Michelin-starred restaurants. Prices at its flagship Nashville spot include pasta for $17-$24, pizza for $18-$25 and entr\u00e9es ranging from $27-$39.<\/p>\n

Tampa\u2019s menu hasn\u2019t been released, but it will similarly feature antipasti, fresh-made pastas, signature entr\u00e9es, along with a curated cocktail list and European wines.<\/p>\n

Special programming and grand opening celebrations will be announced in the coming months, per the press release.<\/p>\n
