It boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms plus a guesthouse on more than an acre of waterfront property.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to The Real Deal, the estate also features a swimming pool, private dock, basketball court, spa and views of the Miami skyline. The property underwent extensive renovations following Combs&#8217; purchase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The estate is one of two properties Combs owns on Star Island.
