A man with a history of voyeurism arrests is facing more charges for allegedly filming people in a women’s restroom at Miami Dade College’s North Campus, records show.<\/p>\n

Rishard Parsons, 31, was arrested back on July 7<\/a> on two counts of voyeurism and one count of battery.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, he was charged with two additional counts of video voyeurism after authorities were able to identify two more victims, an arrest report said.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Parsons went into a women’s restroom on the campus and remained concealed inside for an extended period of time waiting for unsuspecting females to enter.<\/p>\n

He then used his phone to video record multiple female victims while they were exposed in bathroom stalls, the report said.<\/p>\n

Parsons was arrested after an employee reported seeing him record her from an adjacent stall, police said.<\/p>\n

Police also found a student who said she saw a phone recording her from underneath the stall, so she exited and confronted the man, demanding that he delete the video.<\/p>\n

The student said he pushed her backward, causing her to fall on the toilet seat and suffer a knee injury, the report said.<\/p>\n

The report noted Parsons is on probation until 2028, and records showed he was charged for a similar crime at Miami Dade College in 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In that case, Parsons had been arrested on charges of voyeurism, fleeing and eluding a police officer, and disrupting an educational institution after he allegedly looked under the stall in a women’s restroom at the college.<\/p>\n
