{"id":342418,"date":"2026-07-16T17:53:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-16T17:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/342418\/"},"modified":"2026-07-16T17:53:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-16T17:53:07","slug":"connectwise-launches-ai-platform-for-managed-service-providers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/342418\/","title":{"rendered":"ConnectWise launches AI platform for managed service providers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tampa-based ConnectWise announced the general availability of an artificial intelligence platform that combines its software for managed service providers into a single system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ConnectWise Platform connects the company\u2019s professional services automation, remote monitoring and management, ScreenConnect remote access, ConnectWise SIEM, cybersecurity, billing, documentation and backup products with third-party integrations. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ConnectWise said AI agents built into the platform can classify support tickets, route requests, generate documentation and automate routine tasks using customer and service data already stored in the system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than offering AI as a standalone application, ConnectWise said the platform embeds the <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"Tech\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">technology<\/a> into the software technicians already use to manage customer environments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe old MSP model is out of runway,\u201d Chief Executive Officer Manny Rivelo said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to ConnectWise, early customers have reported faster service desk operations after adopting the platform.
