Located at 717 Valencia Avenue, the boutique project will comprise 13 ultra-luxury townhomes and marks the culmination of MG Developer\u2019s multi-phase vision to bring new residential architecture to one of South Florida\u2019s most established neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Below are several aerial photos provided by the developer to YIMBY, highlighting the groundwork and layout of the forthcoming townhomes. Interiors will include Italian millwork, marble countertops, solid mahogany doors and windows, and high-end fixtures from Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Waterworks.
