FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. \u2014 Deputies in northeast Florida said a 52-year-old man had a \u201cpee-brained\u201d idea after being taken into custody following a traffic stop. <\/p>\n
According to the Flagler County Sheriff\u2019s Office, James Shepard was on his way to a \u201ccourt-ordered drug class,\u201d but was pulled over for driving on a suspended license, \u201ca violation of the felony probation he was already serving for multiple burglaries and thefts,\u201d and was taken into custody.<\/p>\n
Authorities said while he didn\u2019t have a valid driver\u2019s license, Shepard, of Palm Coast, did have something called a \u201cWhizzinator,\u201d described by the sheriff\u2019s office as \u201ca bogus bladder of fake (we hope) urine wired to a heating pad with a faux pizzle to make it convincing.\u201d<\/p>\n
Video released by FCSO \u2015 which can be viewed above \u2015 shows Shepard whipping the \u201cWhizzinator\u201d from his pants and chucking in onto the floor of the cruiser and then claiming the item wasn\u2019t his, authorities said.<\/p>\n
The deputy was not pleased.<\/p>\n
\u201cJames, I have you on video pulling out a pee bag and a dildo out of your pants, OK?\u201d the deputy says. \u201cI\u2019m not stupid. I clean this car every day. I\u2019m responsible for what is in this car. I would know if there\u2019s a pee bag and a godd— dildo in my car.\u201d<\/p>\n
In an agency Facebook post, Sheriff Rick Staly said that Shepard, whom he described as a \u201cpee-brain dirtbag,\u201d had already gotten \u201cthe deal of a lifetime, walking around on community control when he should have been sitting in a prison cell for almost a decade.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cShepard terrorized our home construction businesses and had stolen enough appliances to open an appliance store but was only sentenced to community control when his own sentencing scoresheet had him eligible for a minimum of 9 years in prison,\u201d the sheriff said. \u201cNow he has a stream of new charges after flushing away a second chance to turn his life around. Instead, he tried to trick the system. Now he needs to go to prison!\u201d<\/p>\n
That \u201cstream of new charges\u201d includes counts of driving without a valid license, violating his probation, defrauding a drug test and tampering with evidence, according to FCSO.<\/p>\n
