U.S. 301 from <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/category\/clearwater\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"22\" title=\"Clearwater\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Clearwater<\/a>-based KW Realty Fund VI LLC, a real estate investment fund managed by KW Partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Built in 2020, the center includes 24,056 square feet of retail and <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/restaurants\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"27\" title=\"Restaurants\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">restaurant<\/a> space across two buildings on 4.18 acres at the intersection of U.S. 301 and Crescent Park Drive. The sale also includes an adjoining wetlands tract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenants include AT&amp;T, Eggs Up Grill, GEICO, Heartland Dental, Foxtail Coffee and Bubbakoo\u2019s Burritos.
